1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DjToday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DjToday is a professional event planning application for DJs, providing tools for event management, music selection, and client collaboration.

3. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

60-Day Free Trial: New users receive a 60-day free trial with full access to their selected plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

After Trial Period: Following the 60-day trial, you may choose to continue with a paid subscription plan:

Pro Plan: $39.99 per month, billed monthly

  • Unlimited events
  • Custom timelines
  • Client management
  • Spotify & YouTube search
  • Music library
  • PDF exports
  • Cloud sync
  • Email support

Premium Plan: $69.99 per month, billed monthly

  • Everything in Pro, plus:
  • AI Music Assistant
  • Smart playlist generation
  • BPM & key analysis
  • Mixing recommendations
  • Priority support
  • Early access to new features
  • Dedicated account manager

4. Payment and Billing

Payment: Subscription fees are automatically charged to your payment method on file on a monthly basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use DjToday
  • One account per user

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Share your account credentials
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the service
  • Upload malicious content
  • Harass or spam other users
  • Violate intellectual property rights

7. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of content you create
  • You grant DjToday a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

8. Intellectual Property

The DjToday app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by DjToday and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

DjToday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DjToday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
